Clarification:
- If a target of "Play with Power" does not reveal a card, the Ten Eunuchs can decide to not take a card from them. They may also take hand cards or equipped cards. They cannot however take pend cards on the target.
- If a target does not have any hand cards, they cannot show one from "Play with Power" so the Ten Eunuchs can take from them as well.
